I'm a marketing and creative lead. I concept the work and I run the team that ships it — hooks, scripts, shoot direction, design and final cut on one side; content calendars, production scheduling and handoff into paid on the other.

Most recently I've led a 15-person team of editors, designers and ad runners at an education brand, where organic creative alone took the channel from zero to 30,000 followers in 2.5 months and brought in 20,000+ inbound leads with no paid spend. The engine behind it is a reel-to-form funnel — 200K+ organic views and 500–1,000 gated form submissions per post, tracked response by response.

I also co-founded NEST, a digital services agency running 4+ retained D2C and local-brand clients a month, where I own creative direction, brand shoots, event content and client relationships across production and media budgets up to ₹25 lakh.

I work in Notion, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager and Google Workspace, and I'd rather build a system that ships good work every week than land one great campaign. Open to remote work across US, EU or IST hours.
