What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead day-to-day operations, strengthen customer experience, and own order processing and vendor coordination. I want to supervise teams, resolve issues fast, and use strong documentation and CRM discipline to keep operations reliable and scalable.

I’m a customer-focused operations and administrative professional with extensive experience across customer service, team supervision, business operations, order management, and client relationship management. I coordinate vendors, manage records, resolve issues, and support day-to-day operations with consistency and attention to detail.

As Founder & Business Operations Manager for OmalichaStyles (USA) (2024–Present), I manage customer inquiries, order processing, shipping coordination, record keeping, vendor communication, and issue resolution for a U.S.-based e-commerce business. I bring a hands-on approach to keeping operations moving smoothly from order intake through fulfillment.

Earlier, I built and led Wild About Looks Concepts (2009–2024), handling customer relationships, administrative processes, inventory, supplier coordination, order fulfillment, scheduling, and customer service operations. Before that, I served as an Operations Manager at Litebiz Limited (2006–2009), improving internal processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting customer relationship management.

My leadership background also includes supervising teams in customer-facing environments, from Call Centre Controller at MTN Nigeria (2004–2006)—where I handled escalated complaints, monitored performance, and coached staff—to Cash Sales Supervisor at FEDEX / Red Star Express (2000–2004), supporting records, reporting, and customer inquiries. I hold an OND in Financial Studies and a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) credential.
