I’m looking for a remote role where I can leverage my skills in Executive Assistance, Virtual Assistance, Customer Support and Administrative Management to add value to a dynamic team. I’m particularly interested in positions that offer opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and collaboration.

I’m Amah Uche Grace, a passionate, proactive and dedicated Executive Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Specialist and Administrative Professional with a background in law.

I have experience supporting executives, startups, and organizations by managing emails and calendars, conducting research, handling client communications and ensuring smooth project coordination.

I’m skilled in the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, Airtable, Asana, Canva, Zapier and other productivity tools.

I am proficient in data entry, document preparation, project coordination, email and calendar management and I take pride in delivering organized, efficient, and client-focused support.

My career goal is to help businesses optimize productivity, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain seamless operations.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about learning new digital tools, improving systems and mentoring aspiring Virtual Assistants.

In this role as an Executive Assistant, I efficiently managed and optimized the CEO’s calendar and inbox thereby eliminating conflicts in schedule by 85% and increasing response times by 85% as a result of organizing his inbox.
This role honed my organizational, communication and multitasking skills while deepening my ability to support executive-level operations with excellence.
