What I'm looking for

I’m particularly interested in roles combining technology, problem solving, systems and continuous improvement.

At Solwise Ltd, I became a key point of support for Merlin after it replaced the warehouse software used for approximately 20 years. I learned the new processes quickly and now troubleshoot system issues for the Warehouse Manager and support colleagues using the system.

I’m helping lead the planned UK launch of three Teltonika security products, researching target markets, competitor pricing and use cases. I also liaise with Teltonika representatives and coordinate progress discussions involving R&D teams and the Head of Security Services.

I developed a working AI-assisted PowerApps product-selection prototype using SharePoint data to filter router options against customer requirements. I’ve also implemented practical process improvements, including barcode sheets for stock scanning and internal serial-number creation for products without suitable identifiers.

Earlier, at Wren Kitchens, I worked across QC loading, administration and wider warehouse operations. I’m completing a Level 4 AI Automation Apprenticeship with TESS Group, including a Level 5 Operations Management qualification, and I’m particularly interested in roles combining technology, problem solving, systems and continuous improvement.

Took on technical responsibilities within group projects, using C#, visual scripting/Blueprints and problem solving to implement game functionality. Completed a group walking-simulator horror game from concept to delivery and independently created a 3D Western environment centred on a large church modelled in Blender.
