WMS configuration analyst specializing in Manhattan Active deployments and warehouse optimization.
What I'm looking for
I’m a WMS Manhattan Configuration Analyst with an end-to-end focus on implementing and improving Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System across ASDA’s UK network. I build business-specific WMS solutions, from configuring User Role Grants and Receiving Strategies to setting up Pick/Pack Transactions and New Stores.
Day to day, I act as a hands-on point of contact for troubleshooting and support, while also creating end-user documentation and training to drive smooth adoption. I manage change and release activity by monitoring testing in JIRA, organizing monthly releases, and coordinating manual configuration deployment when urgent remediation is needed.
Before moving deeper into WMS configuration, I built warehouse credibility through stock and operations work—maintaining stock integrity, tackling receiving/putaway issues, running inventory audits, and overseeing quality control and returns. I also improved efficiency through reporting redesigns, including redeveloped Daily Reporting, a Handover Report for shift communication, and multi-system observing reporting to reduce cancellations and strain during peak periods.
