What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build secure, innovative, and reliable digital solutions through IT, cybersecurity, software development, and research on emerging cyber threats and advanced security solutions.

I'm currently supporting card systems at BPR Bank Rwanda Plc, resolving technical issues, validating software releases, and contributing to system upgrades that improve functionality and user experience.

Across the University of Rwanda, King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, and Tek-expert Ltd, I've delivered end-user support, maintained infrastructure, implemented network and security solutions, and improved support response time by 20%. I also helped reduce downtime by 30% through network solutions at the University of Rwanda.

My work combines IT support, cybersecurity, software development, and research. At Sonarwa Insurance Ltd, I used SQL, Tableau, Excel, data cleaning, and statistical methods to turn data into actionable insights, while my master's research explored IoT and cloud-enabled smart agriculture.
