At Teknowledge, I investigate identity, authentication, and access issues for global enterprise customers using Microsoft Entra ID within the Azure cloud platform. I also collaborate with engineering teams on complex cases and document reusable solutions.
Previously at Teknowledge, I resolved financial and operational issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting end users with configuration and troubleshooting. At OpenText, I supported IT operations management platform activities and issue resolution.
I built a home SOC environment using Splunk and Windows event logs to practice security monitoring, log analysis, alert investigation, and threat detection. I also configured Kali Linux for security testing and used Wireshark for packet capture and network traffic analysis.
