What I'm looking for

I am looking for a technical role where I can develop and maintain HR and operational systems, solve complex IT problems, mentor users, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative organization.

I am an IT professional with multi-year experience across HR information systems, web development, technical support, and IT operations. I hold a Master’s degree in IT and a background in building in-house applications and databases for institutions.

At Rwanda Revenue Authority I lead development and maintenance of HR information systems while providing technical and administrative HR support. Previously I delivered technical support for enterprise clients and maintained IT labs and student information systems at the University of Kigali.

My earlier roles include web development, systems programming, inventory and library systems, and operational supervision in production environments. I have hands-on experience with networking, troubleshooting, and user support across education, media, and corporate settings.

I bring strong decision-making, emotional intelligence, and a focus on solving complex problems to help organizations improve their IT systems, data processes, and user experiences.
