What I'm looking for

I’m seeking bioinformatics, genomics, computational biology, or bioprocess engineering roles where I can apply wet-lab execution and automated computational pipelines—from experimental design to NGS data analysis—to drive high-impact research.

I’m an MSc Bioinformatics & Computational Biology student building end-to-end capability across wet-lab execution and computational pipeline development. I bring a “bench experiment design to NGS data analysis” mindset to turn raw reads into biological insights.

At the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), I’m working as a Project Assistant in the Centre for Sustainable Technology, applying bioinformatics and molecular biology to sustainability-focused R&D projects including metagenomics. I aim to connect biological systems with data-driven decision-making inside a premier national research institution.

At Shodhaka Life Sciences, I’ve supported rigorous molecular biology workflows with GLP documentation—covering data curation and mining, QC, sample preparation, and sequence-based research. I run and interpret bioinformatics analyses for NGS and genomic interpretation, and I automate biological data analysis pipelines for large-scale datasets.

Previously, at Biopol Biosciences Pvt. Ltd., I gained hands-on bioprocessing experience through lab-scale bioreactor operations, media optimization, and downstream protein purification (HPLC/FPLC). Together, these experiences shape how I approach bioinformatics, genomics, computational biology, and bioprocess optimization with practical, research-ready execution.
