Currently, I serve as a Scientific Administrative Assistant at ICMR-NIRRCH, where I contribute to research projects by curating and validating large datasets. My work involves developing complex protein models and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project development. I am also adept at gene expression analysis and pathway enrichment using R and the GEO database, which enhances the quality and impact of our research outcomes.

With a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and hands-on experience in Next-Generation Sequencing methods, I am well-versed in utilizing various bioinformatics tools and databases.
