I’m a BBA graduate with hands-on experience across banking operations and client relationship management. I focus on delivering reliable, end-to-end service while keeping communication clear and outcomes measurable.

As a Client Relationship Officer, I coordinated communication between 150+ US clients and 300+ US vendors to support smooth workflows and customer satisfaction. I supervised and resolved 80+ residential property maintenance and repair projects, ensuring timely issue resolution across HVAC systems, plumbing, flooring, walls, fencing, and general repairs.

I also gained strong operational discipline during my internship at Bank Asia PLC by managing daily branch operations, customer onboarding, documentation processing, and account administration. I conducted KYC verification, recorded information accurately in internal systems, and acted as a coordination point to prevent workflow bottlenecks.
