I’m looking for a banking role where I can grow customer portfolios through relationship management and cross-sell, while maintaining strict compliance and delivering high-quality, one-stop customer service.

I’m a banking Relationship Manager and Junior Officer focused on portfolio management, client relations, and delivering smooth, policy-compliant day-to-day service. In my current role, I ensure timely portfolio monitoring, leverage cross-sell opportunities, and execute operations strictly under regulatory guidelines.

Previously, as an Officer-in-Charge/Associate Officer, I led daily Uposhakha operations with 100% compliance to internal policies, while spearheading market scans to acquire new SME and retail customers and grow asset and liability portfolios. I also handled critical reporting (CTR, STR), performed E-KYC and account maintenance in line with Bangladesh Bank policies, and delivered one-stop services across fund transfers (BEFTN, RTGS, BACH), cash remittances, and term deposit management—supported by strong banking credentials including AIBB and JAIBB.
