My name is Tumelo Ruiters, and I am a dedicated professional with a background in customer service and administrative roles. I have recently worked as a Customer Success Associate at LeadSimple, where I honed my communication skills and learned to navigate various tools like Slack and Intercom while assisting clients in the property management sector. My experience at LeadSimple was transformative, as I was part of a supportive team that encouraged my growth and development.

Prior to this, I spent three years at Bheki Mlangeni District Hospital as an Occupational Health and Safety Clerk. This role allowed me to engage in critical administrative tasks, including conducting building inspections and managing employee health records. I take pride in my ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges, and I am eager to bring this enthusiasm to a new role in a technology-focused environment.
