I handle queries about salary, deductions, and benefits, and coordinate with HR, Finance, and department supervisors to investigate discrepancies and close cases.

I use Salesforce and MS Excel to log, track, and report query volumes and resolution timelines. I also maintain detailed case records and audit trails.

My experience includes email and chat support, case management, and multilingual customer support. I speak English, Hindi, Bengali, Nepali, Bodo, Sadri, and Punjabi.
