I’m a detail-oriented payroll professional with 4+ years of end-to-end payroll experience across India and China in shared services environments. I focus on accurate, timely payroll delivery supported by strong validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis before sign-off.

In my current role, I process monthly payroll for 10,000+ employees, validate payroll outputs, and complete payroll reconciliation and variance analysis. I handle statutory compliance across PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS, while coordinating with HR and Finance to resolve payroll inputs and issues quickly.

Previously, I led China payroll operations for 10,000+ employees across multiple provinces, covering regular wages, overtime, bonuses, retro payments, and exit settlements. I also managed key statutory components, including Social Insurance (SI), Housing Fund (HF), and Individual Income Tax (IIT), while supporting payroll audits and year-end activities.

I bring Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data validation) and basic exposure to Workday and SAP SuccessFactors to strengthen payroll reporting and controls. I’m compliance-driven, ownership-focused, and committed to resolving employee queries and improving payroll processes through reliable stakeholder communication.
