What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive measurable change in complex product organizations through agile coaching, data-driven planning, KPI systems, forecasting, and scalable process improvement.

At ALDI DX, I design Monte Carlo forecasting and KPI systems that bring data-driven planning to 3 product lines, 15+ teams, and executive leadership. I also automate Jira workflows to reduce manual overhead across teams.

I've coached seven cross-functional teams of around 70 people across SAP, supply chain, and e-commerce, while facilitating PI Planning, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums. I mentor Scrum Masters in Kanban, Flow Metrics, Lean, Systems Thinking, and OKRs.

My path from working student to Senior Agile Coach within three years reflects how I take ownership of team processes and scalable change. Earlier, I supported business development at Azhos AG and led a three-developer team as Product Manager for a Smart City tourism assistant app.
