What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead agile transformations, coach teams and executives, and establish scaled agile practices in multicultural environments.

I am an experienced Agile coach and Scrum Master with a strong track record guiding organizations across banking, financial services, retail, iGaming, and lottery. I have worked in multiple countries and partnered with C-level executives to lead large-scale agile transformations.

My hands-on experience includes building the first digital bank in Saudi Arabia, coaching non-IT teams at IKEA Serbia, and delivering native mobile apps and enterprise solutions for lottery and gaming clients. I have led 20+ Scrum, Kanban, and XP teams and supported more than 200 practitioners across program and team levels.

I hold multiple industry certifications (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, SAFe) and specialize in establishing agile chapters, communities of practice, scaled cadences, and continuous improvement practices to increase predictability and delivery performance.
