What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue as a Scrum Master/Agile coach, partnering with teams and Product Owners to improve delivery using Agile metrics and DevOps collaboration. I want a culture of continuous improvement, clear stakeholder alignment, and impactful digital transformation.

I’m a Certified Scrum Master with 6+ years of experience leading Agile delivery and supporting digital transformation across financial services, e-commerce, and digital agencies. I focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching cross-functional teams, and improving delivery performance in complex stakeholder environments.

I’ve coached and mentored professionals transitioning into Agile delivery roles, helping teams optimise workflow, strengthen backlog management, and coordinate delivery. I also support organisations delivering AI training programmes, helping teams and individuals build practical understanding of AI adoption in digital environments.

In previous Scrum Master roles, I guided cross-functional teams delivering digital platforms and enterprise technology solutions by developing and tracking Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts. I partner closely with Product Owners to improve user story quality and prioritisation, and I collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD processes—reducing blockers and improving release cycles.
