I am an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, real estate, logistics, and administration. In my current role as an Assistant Property Manager at VPM Managements, I have successfully built positive relationships with tenants, overseen maintenance requests, and ensured the timely execution of lease agreements. I am skilled in creating organizational systems to support efficient financial transactions and prompt resolution of renter complaints.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Leasing Agent at InterSolutions, where I managed work orders, contacted potential tenants, and renewed lease contracts. As a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Silicon City, I assisted buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, and helped investors find profitable deals. Additionally, I have experience as a General Manager at Annam Cargo, Inc., where I was responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including client negotiations, employee management, and financial tracking.

In my previous roles as an Operator, IT Tech Support & Sale Manager at Air 7 Seas Transportation Logistic, Inc., and as an Administrator Assistant at Tom Truong Industries, Inc., I gained valuable experience in sales, customer service, IT support, and office administration. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, hardware and software setup, and network configuration. I am also fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
