I am a resourceful, goal-oriented IT technician and project manager with hands-on experience in hardware, software, networking and operations. I adapt quickly to new environments and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.

I have managed painting and manufacturing projects end-to-end, including hiring, equipment coordination, customer liaison and timely completion. I have also supervised warehouse operations, stock control and trained staff in service and packing.

Technically, I have performed software and hardware installations, network configuration and troubleshooting, and data capture for order processing and audits. I have experience as a church clerk handling record management, membership and financial audits, and responding to queries.
