I want a role where I can lead contract lifecycle and legal risk work, combine rigorous legal research with AI-enabled automation, and partner cross-functionally to support compliant, technology-aware business decisions.

I’m a legal contracts and regulatory analysis professional experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements (including NDAs and MSAs) while conducting compliance-oriented research and legal risk assessments. I bring contract lifecycle management discipline, stakeholder collaboration, and a technology-forward mindset to support strategic initiatives.

Most recently, I worked as an Engagement Manager building GPT-based automation agents for legal risk assessment, compliance research, and regulatory analysis, and supporting executive presentations on emerging technologies and AI solutions.
