I'm seeking a fast-paced contract management or legal operations role where I can manage contracts end to end, partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams, improve contracting processes, and support compliant business decisions.

I've managed end-to-end contract lifecycles at Imagining Endpoints, from intake and redlining through execution, renewals, and closure, cutting average turnaround time by 40%. I draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, SOWs, Change Orders, vendor agreements, and employment documents while supporting compliance and audit readiness.

Previously at Alliantgroup India, I conducted multi-jurisdictional legal research, supported US legal teams, and served as a legal advisor to four cross-functional teams.
