I’m a legally qualified professional (LLB) with 15+ years of experience across Legal Operations, Contract Management, Sourcing, and compliance-led review. I’m trusted for sound judgment under pressure, interpreting policy-based risk positions, and supporting cross-functional teams in high-volume environments.

In my current role as Delivery Manager (APAC), Legal Operations at DraftSpotting, I lead an APAC delivery team to ensure on-time, high-quality contract management across global client engagements. I act as the primary liaison between Legal, Risk, and Business, reviewing/redlining commercial and legal T&Cs while directing end-to-end contract lifecycle projects, including risk assessment, abstraction, and automation design.

Previously at WNS Denali, I served as Group Manager supporting US-based telecom and social networking clients on indirect sourcing and contract management projects. I managed end-to-end sourcing & contracting for Fortune 100 clients, executed RFx events and e-auctions (Ariba), and achieved USD 1.2M in savings—while also leading new-hire training, onboarding frameworks, and process improvements.

I’ve also built strong foundations through roles as Legal Manager and Admin Head, Process Specialist, and Assistant Advocate—where I managed contract lifecycle and litigation-related work, created contract playbooks and standardized clauses, and delivered training & mentorship programs. I’m Six Sigma Yellow Belt trained and tested, and I bring a people-first leadership style focused on SLA/KPI governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
