I’m looking for a Contract Management/CLM role where I can own end-to-end contract lifecycles, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, reduce contractual risk with CLM/AI tools, and improve metadata migration and renewal visibility.

I’m a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) professional with 6+ years of experience managing pre and post-execution phases of contracts across software technology, manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. I focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering supplier/buy-side agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and software licenses to protect revenue, margins, delivery, and renewals.

In my most recent role as a Senior Associate Contract Management, I handled end-to-end contract lifecycle activities for commercial agreements—drafting, redlining, and supporting negotiations by applying company playbooks to mitigate pricing, scope, payment terms, termination, SLAs, indemnities, and liability limitations. I also integrated AI tools to strengthen contract review and risk identification, and I led the migration of legacy contracts into a centralized CLM system to improve contract visibility and renewal tracking, while maintaining accurate CRM records.
