I’m seeking a Senior Backend Engineer / Technical Lead role to combine 8+ years of backend, DevOps, and system architecture with hands-on AI/LLM engineering—building scalable products, integrating AI into engineering workflows, and mentoring high-performing teams.

I’m a Backend Engineer & Technical Lead with 8+ years building end-to-end systems—from development to server provisioning, Docker orchestration, and CI/CD automation. I’ve led teams and driven successful delivery, with a strong track record in payment & fintech systems integrating Napas, VNPay, and multi-bank payment gateways across web and POS devices.

At ITE, I’ve taken ownership of large-scale backend platforms and critical payment flows, re-architecting a stalled monolith into a microservices system and launching production within ~3 months. I build the infrastructure around the product too—provisioning on-prem clusters, integrating gateways (including signed authentication), and setting up observability with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK—while also delivering hands-on AI features using LLMs and agentic tooling.

I’m especially focused on AI adoption in engineering work: I introduced agentic coding tools (Claude Code), standardized AI-assisted workflows across the SDLC, and trained developers to improve delivery speed and code quality. I also lead AI/R&D initiatives like an OpenAI-powered due-diligence report generator and self-directed Claude/AI tooling projects that connect LLMs to real product workflows and automation pipelines.
