I'm building a cloud-native AI SaaS platform independently, including an AI Study Assistant with a PaddleOCR document-extraction pipeline. I own API design, asynchronous processing, containerized deployment, relational and vector data modeling, object storage, and multi-tenant architecture.
At Zalo Group, I spent more than a decade delivering systems used across the organization. Most recently, I built an Untrusted Device access-control platform and led a company-wide change-management platform spanning engineering, DevOps, and SDLC governance.
I also built Zalo Hub, Zalo ERP, online assessment tooling, web-crawling and data-verification infrastructure, notification and chat systems, and Zing Analytics on Hadoop. My work has covered security, analytics, HR platforms, browser-based products, caching, search, and resilient backend systems.
Earlier at VNG, I built an ad-serving network handling about 5,000 requests per second and helped migrate Zing Me's core codebase from PHP to Java. I bring 15+ years of full-stack delivery, technical leadership, and engineering mentorship.
