At JCFS Chicago, I complete end-to-end intake processes, including locally and federally mandated paperwork, and help applicants with governmental application processes. I interviewed and screened approximately 70 applicants and recruited and onboarded 24 employees.
I also support clients through case management and evaluation, maintain sensitive information confidentially, and audit paper files for completion and compliance. At Costco Wholesale, I used prior sales data to inform product placement and volume decisions.
