What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can manage operations, financial administration, records, and stakeholder coordination while helping improve systems and support organizational change.

I'm managing the day-to-day business and property operations at Cebu Alcon Development and Trading Corporation during a major management change, supporting the new Board of Directors while taking on responsibilities previously handled by the property manager.

I organize financial transactions, collections, payables, payroll, deposits, dividends, company checks, leases, contracts, and company records. I've also helped move operations from paper-based files to digital formats and worked with the bank to establish online banking.

Earlier, I supported logistics documentation and operational data at Upland Stock Feeds Inc., and handled client communication, quotations, deadlines, deliveries, and commissioned customized products as a freelance designer and small business owner.

I also bring interior design experience from Möbelhaus PH, where I worked on assignments, presentations, coordination, and documentation.
