At Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), I manage technology-enabled receiving and distribution workflows, using QTrack, barcode scanning, and operational records to coordinate deliveries and resolve exceptions. I also look for bottlenecks and opportunities to improve tracking, automation, and customer experience.
I developed WeTrack from firsthand logistics challenges involving barcode intake, package tracking, missing and unclaimed items, and customer visibility. I translate these needs into structured digital workflows, requirements, and process improvements.
As Creator / Product Lead for Mira AI Desktop Assistant and Koda AI Stream Copilot, I define product requirements and refine workflows through testing and iteration. Mira translates natural-language requests into structured actions, while Koda supports streaming workflows with automation and voice interaction.
Since 2020, I’ve created AI-assisted advertisements, reels, TikTok content, and long-form video using Higgsfield AI, HeyGen, and major LLM platforms. I develop creative workflows from concept and scripting through publishing and optimization, using audience response and platform analytics to refine the work.
