Tre Murrell
@tremurrell
Program Manager driving consumer mobile/web products with Agile leadership and data-informed outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Program Manager with 5+ years of experience driving consumer-facing digital products in sports and entertainment. I specialize in bridging engineering and business stakeholders—translating product delivery into commercial outcomes across mobile and web.
At Gametime, I served as Program Manager for our largest third-party integration to date: a multi-quarter MLB partnership and data integration (2023–2024). I led six Agile squads delivering consumer-facing features across iOS, Android, and web, owning roadmaps, backlog prioritization, increment planning, and the cadence that keeps delivery predictable.
I’m hands-on with release planning and launch readiness, coordinating engineering, QA, and product to support smooth, on-schedule deployments. I also orchestrated our migration from Amazon ECS to EKS with platform, DevOps, and security teams—managing cross-functional dependencies to improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
I build data-informed decision loops through KPI dashboards, QBRs, and customer analytics. I also shaped employee experience programs for a 200+ person sports-tech organization, designing recognition, onboarding, and connection initiatives, and led major culture moments like a 95-person offsite and company-wide hackathons—backed by measurable engagement impact.
