I review medical certifications, determine eligibility and accommodation needs, coordinate return-to-work planning, and issue required leave communications within established timelines. I also create and improve FMLA and ADA policies, processes, and workflows to strengthen consistency, efficiency, and compliance.

Previously at Matrix Absence Management, I managed FMLA and short-term disability claims, including eligibility reviews, payment approvals, documentation review, and return-to-work coordination.

My background also includes FMLA coordination at Albertsons Companies and insurance benefits support at Conduent Business Services. I bring more than eight years of leave administration experience, strong HIPAA and PHI handling practices, and hands-on experience with HRIS, Workday, PeopleSoft, LeaveLink, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
