I’m looking to join a growing company where I can bring my sales leadership, project coordination, and dedication to customers. I want opportunities for continued development while contributing to long-term success for both the team and myself.

I’m an experienced Sales Manager with 8 years of in-home sales experience, where I’ve supervised installers and design consultants while also working directly in the field. I focus on reliable service and clear communication so projects move smoothly from first conversation to completion. I’m known as a strong leader who values teamwork, professional growth, and building lasting customer relationships.

Most recently, at Fitzhauer Construction (May 2023 to current), I meet with homeowners at residential properties to assess construction needs, present project solutions, and deliver dependable customer experiences. I close projects during initial consultations by explaining project scope, pricing, timelines, and overall value, and I order materials to keep jobs organized and on schedule. I also manage customer service operations—handling concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive experience throughout the process.

Earlier, at American Vision Baths (January 2021 to April 2023), I served as a Project manager and led customer service while running in-house appointments, managing projects from start to finish, and ordering materials as needed. Prior to that, at US Bath installations (September 2017 to January 2021), I worked as an Installer, ran in-house leads, ordered materials, managed an install crew of 8, and ensured customers were happy with the finished product. Across roles—from industrial fabrication and welding inspection to heating/air support—I bring a hands-on, process-driven mindset that helps teams deliver high-quality results.
