I've led recruiting activities for 32 Canadian Brigade Group across Brant County, managing applicant files from first contact through testing and enrollment.
As a Sergeant, I supervise recruiting teams, coordinate with external departments and community partners, and keep timelines, standards, and compliance requirements on track. My performance was recognized with the Canadian Army Commander’s Coin for Excellence.
With 56th Field Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery, I commanded personnel and equipment during training, coordinated logistics and scheduling, and mentored junior soldiers and leaders. I'm looking to bring my leadership, coordination, instruction, and community engagement experience into a dynamic civilian role.
