I’m a first-generation college student pursuing a degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Cal Poly Pomona, with a strong Community & Urban Systems focus. I’m passionate about designing equitable, sustainable communities and applying my skills to create positive change through planning, research, design, and community engagement.

Over 7 years in customer service, sales, and team leadership, I bring adaptability, problem-solving, and a results-driven approach to every project. Most recently as a Retail Sales Lead at Exclusive Wireless, I greeted and supported customers in-store and by phone, used Citrix to track sales and compile reports, verified inventory, and troubleshot device and network issues.

I also trained new hires, placed warranty exchanges, handled promotions and customer-focused service, and helped shape team strategy to hit monthly goals. Earlier roles as a Sales Associate at Verge Mobile, Retail Salesperson at Wireless Vision, and Assistant Store Manager at Crave boba strengthened my communication, training, cash handling, and leadership under real-world pressure.
