I’m a results-driven Executive and Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience delivering high-level administrative support across fast-paced remote environments. I’ve supported leadership by managing complex executive workflows, coordinating multi-channel communications, and strengthening operational efficiency through process improvements, using sound independent judgment and a calm, structured approach to competing priorities.
In my current remote role, I provide executive and administrative support to the Co-CEO across a network of 17 entities, maintaining critical operational files in Google Workspace and Dropbox Business, triaging catchall domain email, and processing expense receipts in Expensify. I also coordinate onboarding/offboarding checklists, manage compliance workflows in Gusto payroll, and oversee annual filing workflows in RASI—while curating leadership-relevant insights via Google Alerts. Previously, I served as an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator supporting patient calls, scheduling, referrals, and correspondence in healthcare operations, and I also worked as a Grant Coordinator drafting, submitting, and reporting on grant proposals and Letters of Intent.
