I’m looking to lead change enablement and IT service governance where I can modernize ServiceNow change/release processes, strengthen compliance and SLA/OLA performance, and align DevOps and CI/CD to improve deployment success and operational resilience.

I’m an IT Service Management (ITSM) and change enablement leader with 15+ years of experience driving digital transformation, change enablement, and operational excellence across federal government and enterprise environments.
