Tracey Robinson
@traceyrobinson
I manage end-to-end public-sector procurement and contracts from drafting through execution and resolution.
What I'm looking for
At the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, I manage procurement and contract administration from inception through completion, including leases, subscriptions, scopes of work, master agreements, licenses, amendments, and addendums.
I draft, analyze, execute, track, and resolve contracts while partnering with staff, vendors, clients, and government agencies. I also develop contract templates, review specifications for compliance, process invoices and funding approvals, and provide technical guidance during contract development.
Previously at Newark Public Schools, I managed the full procurement lifecycle for awarded contracts valued from $3MM to $10MM. I conducted strategic sourcing, prepared bids and RFPs, trained end users on PeopleSoft Financials 9.2, monitored vendor compliance, and supported audit and OPRA requests.
My earlier work at Citi and Lehman Brothers built my foundation in financial operations, reconciliations, reporting, process improvement, application testing, and technical support. I'm seeking exclusively remote opportunities where I can bring disciplined contract management, procurement, and stakeholder support to a fast-paced organization.
