What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote, location-flexible opportunities to build a long-term career in contract administration and legal operations, supporting technology and business agreements in regulated environments.

At the Judicial Branch of Puerto Rico, I draft and review IT goods and services contracts, SLAs, addendums, NDAs, and fee schedules while supporting contract administration through execution.

I work with IT stakeholders to clarify scope, requirements, risks, liability, and compliance implications. I have also drafted, reviewed, and negotiated technology services, infrastructure, and equipment agreements; coordinated RFP and bidding processes; and advised IT leadership on operational and strategic decisions.

My background combines legal operations, vendor management, business systems analysis, and Management Information Systems. I bring clear documentation, analytical judgment, and experience building systems and processes in regulated environments.
