I’m a native Turkish speaker with advanced (C1) Russian and working English knowledge, and I bring close to four years of hands-on experience delivering professional, client-facing language support.

In the iGaming industry, I’ve provided written translation, business correspondence, and real-time interpretation between Turkish- and Russian-speaking parties—always adapting language and tone for formal, technical, and customer-service contexts. As a Support Supervisor, I translated and clarified daily operator and client communications, reviewed conversations for accuracy and quality, and handled escalated questions that required precise wording.

I also support team performance through weekly reporting, coaching, and remote communication coordination, while auditing written tickets for language and content errors. I’m currently completing a Master’s in Management (Digital Business Management), and I bring a consistent, clarity-first approach to bridging language barriers through accurate explanation and strong cross-cultural communication.
