I'm looking to lead and deliver high-quality, compliant proposal pursuits, collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs, and apply AI-assisted proposal tools, capture support, and federal contracting expertise to improve win-ready submissions.

I'm an APMP Certified proposal specialist with 6+ years of building compliant responses for federal, state, local, and commercial opportunities. At Commdex, I manage end-to-end pursuits spanning RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, and task orders.

I've developed executive summaries, technical and management approaches, staffing plans, quality control plans, past performance, corporate experience, and submission packages across IT, telecommunications, healthcare, public safety, staffing, and facilities services.
