What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can coordinate scheduling, handle calls and emails confidently, and support sales or loyalty outcomes—while using my communication and conflict-resolution skills to improve every interaction.

I bring over one year in customer service and sales support, with hands-on experience handling customer inquiries through calls and email. I’m known for excellent communication, fast follow-through, and staying calm under pressure.
