I am a finance and marketing professional with over 7 years of progressive experience in loan production analysis, financial statement review, and credit risk assessment – most recently as an Agency Loan Production at a national multifamily lender – I bring DSCR analysis experience, underwriting support fundamentals, and track record of managing loan files from the front end to underwriting..

In the loan analyst role, I was responsible for gathering, reviewing, and organizing documents borrowers submitted. I have successfully managed complex loan screening processes involving analyses and entries of current and historical financial statements, rent roll, and market research to aid lending decisions. This work has strengthened my ability to translate complex financial data into recommendations for the loan originators.

Earlier in my career, I managed budget planning and vendor coordination for marketing operations across two organizations — giving me a strong understanding of the documentation, and budget controls processes central to this role. I am comfortable working across functions, partnering with project managers and leadership.

I am bilingual in English and Japanese and skilled in project management, cross-functional leadership, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite. I deliver data-driven analysis and creative marketing solutions that improve processes, enhance visibility, and drive new business.
