I completed an IT traineeship with the Aktobe City Police Department, supporting employees with computers and internal IT infrastructure.

I configured workstations, installed and updated software, checked local network connectivity, troubleshot peripheral issues, and organized electronic files. I learned to resolve basic technical requests independently while working accurately with internal data.

For my graduation project at International Information Technology University, I developed a smart office solution, designing the system architecture and integrating devices and technologies into one infrastructure.

I learn new systems quickly and stay calm in non-standard situations. Competitive Valorant experience, including Top 100 in Europe and representing Kazakhstan internationally, strengthened my communication, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure.
