What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Customer Engagement or CRM Support role where I can drive lead conversion, customer retention, accurate client records, and operational excellence.

At Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, I oversee daily customer engagement touchpoints, resolve inquiries quickly, and coach 15+ staff in communication, objection resolution, and brand standards.
