I’m a Project & Production Operations Coordinator with 27+ years of operations experience across prepress, shipping, customer service, and production support. I prepare job estimates using EPMS, review files for feasibility, and coordinate with production to keep pricing and turnaround expectations aligned.

I bring deep large-format prepress expertise—delivering strong customer outcomes while running Canon digital presses, supporting bindery and finishing, and preparing oversized EFI VUTEk and Durst flatbed files for full-color production. I’m also process-focused, strengthening SOP documentation, workflow coordination, and customer communication while handling invoicing, billing, quoting, scheduling, and quality control.
