What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic customer success, renewals, and account-growth work where I can use K-12 expertise, executive stakeholder relationships, risk management, and data-informed account strategy to improve retention and customer outcomes.

At ClassLink, I own territory and account plans for a $5.18M K-12 book of business, including enterprise clients across Florida and Georgia. I sustain a 99.7% retention rate and drove a targeted renewal campaign to more than 200% of Q2 goal.

I build executive-ready business reviews, identify risk early, and create multi-threaded relationships that earn trusted-advisor status. I manage Georgia's state contract, co-manage South Carolina's, and use Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gong, and Claude-informed research to guide account strategy.

Before ClassLink, I led instructional technology and media services for Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools, overseeing LMS implementation, district-wide training, vendor decisions, and technology strategy. I've also led 1:1 device rollouts, trained educators at scale, and presented at ISTE, FETC, and GaETC.
