What I'm looking for

I am seeking a mid-level Customer Success role in edtech where I can lead onboarding, reduce churn, drive renewals/upsells, collaborate cross-functionally, and use data to improve student and client outcomes.

I am a Customer Success Manager with over three years of experience in educational technology, focused on driving user adoption, reducing churn, and delivering measurable value for school clients.
