I’m looking to architect and lead scalable global early-career recruiting strategy, teams, and infrastructure, with ownership of talent pipelines, inclusive hiring, workforce planning, and measurable business outcomes.

At Google, I lead global early-career recruiting for Cloud, building strategy and programs for front-end, back-end, intern, and PhD AI research talent. I created Cloud’s first AI rotational program and oversee 150+ L2–L4 hires and 500+ interns annually with a global team of 15.

I’ve redesigned recruiting infrastructure, assessments, and interview processes to reduce time-to-hire by 40% and increase candidate conversion by 25%. Across Google, EY, McKinsey, IBM, Deloitte, and consulting engagements, I’ve built campus strategies, inclusive candidate experiences, and scalable talent pipelines.
