Brima Sesay

At Boeing, I lead university recruiting for internship and entry-level talent across Finance, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Communications, and Government Operations. I manage full-cycle recruiting activities, from requisition creation and sourcing through interviewing, offers, and intern conversion.

I build relationships with portfolio universities including Morehouse College, Morgan State University, Texas A&M University, Clark Atlanta University, Alabama A&M University, Prairie View A&M University, and the University of Wisconsin–Madison. I also host Boeing 101 sessions reaching 4,000+ candidates globally and coach 500+ incoming sophomore and junior interns.

I use recruiting data to inform university partnerships and hiring strategy, analyzing attrition, acceptance, conversion, and enrollment rates. As the University Relations team's primary data contact, I develop Smartsheet solutions, recruiting reports, and automated processes for Global University Recruiting.

Before university relations, I supported Boeing supply chain, budget funds, and business operations work through executive reporting, forecasting, data analysis, onboarding coordination, and operational improvement. I'm motivated by building strong talent pipelines and creating high-touch candidate experiences for early-career professionals.
