I'm looking to improve healthcare practice operations, patient experience, scheduling, insurance workflows, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while mentoring teams and building collaborative office environments.

I've improved operations, patient care, and financial workflows across dental and medical practices, including HCA Healthcare, F. Lee Angus Jr. DDS, and The Cosmetic and Laser Dental Spa of Richmond.

At HCA Healthcare, I implemented an electronic health record system, partnered with IT on practice software issues, and used KPI analysis to drive process improvements.
